- Have reserved a block of 15 rooms (can get more if necessary) under the name Great Falls Vaulters.
- The AVA negotiated rate is $74.95 a night for any room (many of the rooms have two double beds, some have 1 Queen or 1 King; and about 25% of the rooms have microwave and fridge (mini-suites). Individuals should request what is desired when room is booked (as usual - earlier is better for success).
- They're very flexible with the specific check-in and check-out dates for each room.......I said check-ins would be ~ 17-19 July and check-outs ~23-24 July.
- They have a very nice indoor-outdoor pool, free hot breakfast, pets allowed, restaraunt, bar, and are closest to horse center.
- Rooms should be booked individually no later than 1 July....after that they can't be guaranteed.
Other hotel possibility: The Country Inn and Suites was also attractive at $75 for a room and $99 for a suite but the pool is smaller and indoors. Continental breakfast.
